XKS rubber transfer molding machine is a kind of advanced rubber molding press equipment, which is designed by the characteristics of various types of plate curing machine in China and abroad. It is suitable for the rubber products of complex shapes, exhausting difficultly, difficult to molding and also for rubber products which are easy to produce bubble.


Product Feature
1.  PLC control, digital display screen, manual and automatic control can be achieved. The automatic control can realize the functions of mold closing, exhaust, temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarm, open mode unloading, etc.; the display screen can display the temperature of each heating zone of the hot plate in time.

2.  The hot plate edge hydraulic automatic iron, under the action of the two cylinders on both sides of the hot plate at the same time advance and retreat; hot plate at both ends with anti-radiation overlapping device.

3.  Each heating zone of the hot plate is provided with a set of valve groups for adjusting the temperature. Under the control of the PLC, the temperature of each heating zone of the hot plate is ensured to be uniform.

4.  Hydraulic system: the use of well-known brands of hydraulic stations at home and abroad, under the control of the PLC can be achieved automatically: mold, exhaust, open mold unloading.

5.  Mechanical synchronization balance mechanism: In the bottom of the platform has a synchronized shaft through the unit to ensure that the platform level up and down.

6.  Mold guide device: on both sides of the lower pad table is equipped with a mold guide device, frame plate and platform mounting guide seat, guide seat processing slope, through the top wire can adjust the slope distance.

7.  Open mold boosting mechanism: When the mold is opened, the two oil cylinders under the platform act to force the platform to pull down to prevent the sticking pot from opening the mold.
