Product Description
H525 insulation and water resistant* self-curing protection pad has been specifically developed as an easily applied and ambient temperature curable pad for protection of 10kV bare overhead line.
H525 provides vacuum package, which could be easily and quickly applied manually without tools after opening package.
H525 before curing combines suitable initial strength, excellent self-fusion and outstanding property to follow irregular surface.
H525 after curing delivers good insulation, water resistance*, outstanding flexibility, excellent UV resistance and other multiple performances for protection.

General Application Steps

- Remove oil, grease and loosely adhering deposits
- Recommend to remove metal burr by abrasion
- Apply H525
- Overlap between two pieces of H525
- Repair any defects
- Allow to cure
Package and Storage
Use within 12 months of manufacture. Store in original sealed packages at temperature between 0oC and 30oC and keep in dry and dark condition.

Direct splar radiation will make temperature rise and shorten the operation time. Site humidity above 85% will also shorten the operation time. If condensation of moisture or water fog on thealuminium foil bag, should use up ASAP.
